Using TENET

By signing in to TENET you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old. You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity on your TENET account.

Your content

You own what you post — chains, posts, photos, comments. You give TENET permission to store it and show it to the people the app shows it to (your accepted friends, and your name and username in search) only to operate the app. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

What you must not do

• Post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent.
• Share other people's private information or photos without their permission.
• Impersonate someone, spam, or try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

No medical advice

TENET helps you keep track of habits. It is not medical, psychological or professional advice. For health-related habits, talk to a qualified professional.

The service

TENET is provided "as is" and may change, have interruptions or lose data. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the app.

Ending

You can stop using TENET and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end the service with reasonable notice.

Changes and law

If we make significant changes to these terms, we will update the date above and let you know (in the app or directly). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Kullanım Şartları

TENET'i kullanmak

TENET'e giriş yaparak bu şartları kabul edersin. En az 13 yaşında olmalısın. Google hesabınla giriş yaparsın ve TENET hesabındaki etkinlikten sen sorumlusun.

İçeriğin

Paylaştıklarının — zincirler, gönderiler, fotoğraflar, yorumlar — sahibi sensin. TENET'e bunları yalnızca uygulamayı çalıştırmak için saklama ve uygulamanın gösterdiği kişilere (kabul ettiğin arkadaşlar; aramada adın ve kullanıcı adın) gösterme izni verirsin. Bu izin içeriği veya hesabını sildiğinde sona erer.

Yapmaman gerekenler

• Yasa dışı, nefret içeren, taciz edici, cinsel içerikli veya saldırgan paylaşımlar yapmak.
• Başkalarının özel bilgilerini veya fotoğraflarını izinleri olmadan paylaşmak.
• Başkasını taklit etmek, spam yapmak, hizmeti bozmaya, aşırı yüklemeye veya yetkisiz erişmeye çalışmak.

Bu kurallara uymayan içerikleri kaldırabilir, hesapları askıya alabiliriz.

Tıbbi tavsiye değildir

TENET alışkanlıklarını takip etmene yardım eder; tıbbi, psikolojik veya profesyonel tavsiye değildir. Sağlıkla ilgili alışkanlıklar için bir uzmana danış.

Hizmet

TENET "olduğu gibi" sunulur; değişebilir, kesintiye uğrayabilir veya veri kaybı yaşanabilir. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamayı kullanmandan doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

Sona erme

TENET'i istediğin zaman bırakabilir, Ayarlar'dan hesabını silebilirsin. Hizmeti makul bir bildirimle sonlandırabiliriz.

Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk

Bu şartlarda önemli bir değişiklik yaparsak yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleyip sana (uygulamada ya da doğrudan) haber veririz. Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunları uygulanır.
