What TENET is

TENET is a habit tracker you share with friends. You create chains (habits), mark the days you keep them, and your accepted friends can see your progress and posts.

Data we collect

• From Google sign-in: your name, email address, Google profile picture and Google account identifier. We never see your Google password.
• Profile you add: username, bio and profile photo.
• Habits: the chains you create (name, icon, rhythm) and the days you complete them.
• Social: friend requests and friendships, posts (text and photos), comments and likes.
• Notifications: in-app notifications, and — only if you turn them on in Settings → Notifications — notifications on your phone. When you turn them on, your browser gives us a delivery address for that device (a unique endpoint URL), two encryption keys and your browser/device type. Turning them off in the same place deletes them; they are also deleted when you delete your account or when the device stops accepting them.
• Technical: your time zone (so your day is counted correctly), a sign-in session cookie, and a sign-in record for each session (browser/device type and IP address) kept by our sign-in service Neon Auth, together with the sign-in tokens Google returns when you log in. These are deleted when you delete your account. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.

We do not use advertising, we do not sell your data, and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking.

Why we use it

• To run your account and the app (performance of our agreement with you).
• To show your chains and posts to your accepted friends — that is the purpose of the app.
• Habit names you choose may reveal health-related information (for example quitting smoking or alcohol, or taking supplements). You decide whether to create such a chain; by creating it you consent to showing it and the days you complete it to your friends. You can withdraw this at any time by deleting the chain.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).

Who can see what

• Accepted friends see your chains, the days you complete them, your posts, comments and likes, your friends list, and how many friends and posts you have. Completing a chain creates a post your friends can see.
• Anyone who signs in with a Google account can search TENET users by name or username and see your name and username, so they can send a friend request. If you are friends with someone, their other friends can see your name and username in their friends list. Your profile photo is shown only to your friends and to people you have sent a request to. Location and camera data is removed from photos you upload.
• Comments you write on a friend's post, with your name and username, are visible to everyone who can see that post, including that friend's other friends. They stay there until you or the post owner delete them, or you delete your account.
• Please don't create chains you would not want your friends to see.

Where your data is stored

If you turn on phone notifications, the notification title and one short line of text (who did what) pass through Apple's or Google's push service to reach your phone, encrypted for your device.

Your data is stored in a database operated by Neon in Frankfurt, Germany (AWS eu-central-1), and sign-in sessions are managed by Neon Auth in the same region. The app's servers run in Vercel's Frankfurt region. Neon and Vercel are US-based companies that process data on our behalf under their data processing terms; their networks and logs may involve servers in other countries, including the United States. You sign in with your Google account; Google handles that sign-in as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you delete it or your account. Deleting a chain deletes its history; posts you shared from it stay visible to your friends until you delete them. Settings → Delete account permanently removes your profile, photos, chains, completions, posts, comments, likes, friendships, notifications, sign-in sessions and linked Google sign-in data. Copies may remain in database backups for up to 7 days before they are permanently removed. To also remove TENET from your Google account: Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps.

Your rights

In the app you can see and delete your chains, posts, comments and photos, and change your username, bio and profile photo. Your name and email come from your Google account. For anything else, such as correcting your name, getting a copy of your data, or objecting to processing, email us at the address below and we will reply free of charge within 30 days. Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Article 11) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may also request information about processing, ask for corrections or deletion, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local supervisory authority.

Children

TENET is not intended for anyone under 13.

If we make significant changes, we will update the date above and let you know (in the app or directly).

TENET nedir

TENET, arkadaşlarınla paylaştığın bir alışkanlık takip uygulamasıdır. Zincir (alışkanlık) oluşturur, yaptığın günleri işaretlersin; kabul ettiğin arkadaşların ilerlemeni ve gönderilerini görür.

Topladığımız veriler

• Google ile girişten: adın, e-posta adresin, Google profil fotoğrafın ve Google hesap kimliğin. Google şifreni hiçbir zaman görmeyiz.
• Profiline eklediklerin: kullanıcı adı, biyografi ve profil fotoğrafı.
• Alışkanlıklar: oluşturduğun zincirler (ad, simge, ritim) ve tamamladığın günler.
• Sosyal: arkadaşlık istekleri ve arkadaşlıklar, gönderiler (metin ve fotoğraf), yorumlar ve beğeniler.
• Bildirimler: uygulama içi bildirimler ve — yalnızca Ayarlar → Notifications'tan açarsan — telefonuna gelen bildirimler. Açtığında tarayıcın bize o cihaz için bir teslim adresi (tekil bir URL), iki şifreleme anahtarı ve tarayıcı/cihaz türünü verir. Aynı yerden kapattığında bunlar silinir; hesabını sildiğinde ya da cihaz bildirim almayı bıraktığında da silinir.
• Teknik: saat dilimin (günün doğru sayılması için), oturum çerezi, her oturum için tarayıcı/cihaz türü ve IP adresi içeren bir oturum kaydı (giriş hizmetimiz Neon Auth tarafından tutulur) ve girişte Google'ın verdiği giriş belirteçleri; bunlar hesabını sildiğinde silinir. Barındırma sağlayıcımız ayrıca standart sunucu kayıtları tutar.

Reklam kullanmıyoruz, verini satmıyoruz, üçüncü taraf analiz veya takip araçları kullanmıyoruz.

Toplama yöntemi, amaç ve hukuki sebep

Veriler, Google ile giriş yaptığında ve uygulamayı kullanırken elektronik ortamda otomatik yollarla toplanır.

• Hesabını ve uygulamayı çalıştırmak — sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c).
• Zincirlerini ve gönderilerini kabul ettiğin arkadaşlarına göstermek — uygulamanın amacı budur (KVKK m.5/2-c).
• Seçtiğin zincir adları sağlıkla ilgili bilgi içerebilir (örneğin sigarayı ya da alkolü bırakmak, takviye almak). Böyle bir zincir oluşturup oluşturmamak senin kararın; oluşturduğunda zinciri ve tamamladığın günleri arkadaşlarına göstermeye açık rıza vermiş olursun (KVKK m.6). Zinciri silerek bu rızayı her zaman geri alabilirsin.
• Hizmetin güvenliğini sağlamak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek — meşru menfaat (KVKK m.5/2-f).

Kim neyi görür

• Kabul ettiğin arkadaşların zincirlerini, tamamladığın günleri, gönderilerini, yorumlarını ve beğenilerini, arkadaş listeni ve arkadaş/gönderi sayını görür. Bir zinciri tamamladığında arkadaşlarının göreceği bir gönderi oluşur.
• Google hesabıyla giriş yapan herkes TENET kullanıcılarını ad veya kullanıcı adıyla arayabilir; arkadaşlık isteği gönderebilmeleri için adını ve kullanıcı adını görür. Biriyle arkadaşsan, onun diğer arkadaşları senin adını ve kullanıcı adını onun arkadaş listesinde görebilir. Profil fotoğrafın yalnızca arkadaşlarına ve istek gönderdiğin kişilere görünür. Yüklediğin fotoğraflardaki konum ve kamera bilgileri silinir.
• Yorumlar: bir arkadaşının gönderisine yazdığın yorumlar, adın ve kullanıcı adınla birlikte o gönderiyi görebilen herkese (arkadaşının diğer arkadaşlarına da) görünür; sen ya da gönderi sahibi silene veya hesabını silene kadar kalır.
• Arkadaşlarının görmesini istemediğin bir zincir oluşturma.

Verilerin nerede saklanır, kimlere aktarılır

Telefon bildirimlerini açarsan, bildirim başlığı ve kısa bir satır metin (kim ne yaptı) telefonuna ulaşmak için Apple'ın ya da Google'ın itme hizmetinden geçer; içerik cihazın için şifrelenir.

Verilerin Frankfurt'ta (Almanya, AWS eu-central-1) Neon tarafından işletilen bir veritabanında saklanır; oturumlar da aynı bölgede Neon Auth tarafından yönetilir. Uygulamanın sunucuları Vercel'in Frankfurt bölgesinde çalışır. Neon ve Vercel, verileri bizim adımıza kendi veri işleme şartları kapsamında işleyen ABD merkezli şirketlerdir; ağları ve kayıtları Amerika Birleşik Devletleri dahil başka ülkelerdeki sunucuları içerebilir. Google hesabınla giriş yaparsın; Google bu girişi kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında bağımsız veri sorumlusu olarak yürütür.

Ne kadar süre saklanır

Verilerini sen ya da hesabını silene kadar saklarız. Bir zinciri sildiğinde zincir ve tamamlama geçmişi silinir; o zincirden paylaştığın gönderiler sen silene kadar arkadaşlarına görünmeye devam eder. Ayarlar → Hesabı sil profilini, fotoğraflarını, zincirlerini, tamamlamalarını, gönderilerini, yorumlarını, beğenilerini, arkadaşlıklarını, bildirimlerini, oturumlarını ve bağlı Google giriş verilerini kalıcı olarak siler. Kopyalar, kalıcı olarak silinmeden önce veritabanı yedeklerinde en fazla 7 gün kalabilir. TENET'i Google hesabından da kaldırmak için: Google Hesabı → Güvenlik → Üçüncü taraf uygulama bağlantıları.

Hakların (KVKK m.11)

Uygulamada zincirlerini, gönderilerini, yorumlarını ve fotoğraflarını görebilir ve silebilir; kullanıcı adını, biyografini ve profil fotoğrafını değiştirebilirsin. Adın ve e-posta adresin Google hesabından gelir. Diğer talepler (düzeltme, verilerinin bir kopyası vb.) için aşağıdaki adrese e-posta gönder; en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz yanıtlarız. Ayrıca kişisel verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve zarara uğraman halinde giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsin. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsin.

Çocuklar

TENET 13 yaşından küçükler için değildir.

Değişiklikler

Önemli değişikliklerde yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleyip sana (uygulamada ya da doğrudan) haber veririz.
